Harvestin' the County Supper '09
On August 24th, 2009, 1,200 people gathered in Picton for a Sold Out 100% County grown meal. With the road closed to traffic, local beverages, local entertainment, and a mini Farmers Market with booths from farmers and agricultural groups, we had great company and delicious food. The supper was an opportunity to sit down with farmers and learn about where food in the County comes from.
Harvestin' the County Supper Menu:
Everything was prepared beautifully by Currah's Cafe and Catering; it smelled delicious and tasted even better.

We truly appreciate all the effort our exhibitors put into their displays for the Harvestin’ the County Supper. The mini Farmers Market provided an opportunity to meet and talk with farmers and agricultural groups in Prince Edward County and a great time was had by all.

And last but not least, thank-you to everyone who bought a ticket and in doing so, supported our local agricultural community.
