Harvestin' the County Supper '08
On August 21st, 2008, 1,000 people gathered in Wellington for a Sold Out 100% County grown meal. With the road closed to traffic, a wine & beer garden and a mini Farmers Market with booths from farmers and agricultural groups, we had great company and delicious food. The supper was an opportunity to sit down with farmers and learn about where food in the County comes from.
Harvestin' the County Supper Menu:
Everything was prepared beautifully by Waring House Gourmet; it smelled delicious and tasted even better.
